Maintain your labs ASCLD/ISO accreditation with regularly scheduled maintenance, calibration and recertification from Leeds Forensic Service. Our professional, factory trained technicians, will provide you with fast and reliable service on your Leeds Comparison Microscopes. We offer a complete service program, which includes field service as well as factory repairs at Leeds Forensic Service facility.

Leeds Forensic Service provides the following checks and adjustments:

• Mechanical functions and adjustments. 
• Parfocality of all magnification positions.
• Parcentricity of all magnification positions. 
• All lubrication points. 
• Collimation of optical system. 
• Cleaning of all external optics. 
• Cleaning of internal optics as required.
• Certification of magnification match, LCD, measurement scale and imaging software (if applicable).
• Examine illumination system.

Leeds Forensic Service Rates

• Preventive maintenance, calibration and recertification of one Leeds Forensic Comparison Microscope - $900.
• Travel and related expenses are additional and will be quoted upon request.
• Standard hourly rate for Leeds Forensic Comparison Microscope Service, not including parts, is $150 per hour.
• Multiple unit and annual contract pricing available upon request.

• Most repairs can be done on-site and will be quoted for customer’s approval before work is performed. 
• Loaner microscopes and equipment may be available. 
  
• All of our Service Technicians are factory trained and certified to work on Leeds Forensic Comparison Microscope systems.
  
• Maintain ASCLD/ISO requirements with regularly scheduled service, calibration and recertification with NIST traceable standards.
